Please ensure that the key is removed from the security gate of the balcony after unlocking the gate, before opening it, as the key will be broken off against the door.
WIFI is available, details will be communicated to you upon arrival.
The pots and pans are in the cupboard below the working space. The utensils are on top of the working space. To get you going, in the long tall cupboard, you’ll find other basic cleaning supplies such as sponges, hand sanitiser, trash bags and dish-wash liquid.
On arrival, Mattaniah Pet friendly Corporate Holiday Accommodation offers a complementary hot drink. A Single helping of Coffee, tea, sugar/sweeteners and milk will be available in your unit. The rest is at your own cost.
After a long day of sightseeing, there is nothing better than to sit down and relax with your favourite television show. Your unit is equipped with a smart TV where you have a choice of a full DSTV package, Netflix etc or watching movies from your smartphone. In the remote basket, below the TV, you will find both a TV and DSTV remote. The TV remote is used to access Netflix, YouTube etc.
Note: DO NOT SWITCH THE TV OFF.
The Units are equipped with a gas stove, Micro wave and a Fridge freezer. The gas cylinder is in the cupboard next to the stove. As an extra precaution we recommend that you open it before use and close it afterwards.
There are laundry services on our premises available at a cost of R30 per KG for wash, dry and iron, however you are most welcome to use the Laundromats in the nearby shopping centre.

For your information, the nearest supermarket is Pick a Pay or Spar. It is approximately a three minute drive, right down Alexander Road.

Please securely wrap your refuse in a black bag and place it in the refuse bins provided.
All bins will be emptied on a Tuesday morning, as it is collection day by the municipality.
Please do NOT leave food in the kitchen bin for longer than two days as it will attract insects and maggots.
Your fur babies are more than welcome. If they sleep on the bed with you, you are requested to bring your own bedding for a double bed.
Please take note: NO FUR BABIES ALLOWED TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE UNITS.
Shall be used in a manner as not to disturb other tenants or occupiers.
Quietness to be maintained between 22:00 and 05:00 every day and between 14:00 to 16:00 on Sundays and public holidays.
Visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement with the owners, and must be out by 22:00.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE VISITORS TO SLEEP OVER as they don’t form part of your original booking and each unit only allows for maximum 4 tenants at a time (2 Adults and 2 small children or 3 Adults only). There is only a double bed and a three quarter sleeper couch in the units.
