Our cosy little pet friendly unit has everything you need to relax. We are walking distance (250m) from the quiet and beautiful St Winifreds beach, and we are also close to two malls (800m), medical clinic (450m). You may also utilize the many food delivery services.  Your fur babies are just as important to us as you are.

Pensioners UnitSplendid Winklespruit … always a great choice! Nothing beats the sound the of the waves crashing in your ears.

The space

One bedroom with double bed. One bath room. Kitchen is fully fitted. Smart TV, free WiFi, Open View package. Little yard for your fury kid. Safe parking for your vehicle. Outdoor shower to rinse the sand when coming from the beach. We are 200m from Winklespruit Beach which is a pet friendly beach.

Guest access

As you enter the garage door at the Corner, you are entering a tarred safe Parking area. You use the gate on the left, the outdoor shower will be on the right. The outdoor shower is easily accessable for occupants, when returning from the Beach. The parking is safe and secure, with parking for one vehicle per unit.

  • KINDLY NOTE TO SUSTAIN PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:
  • ALL PARENTS TO PLEASE INSURE THAT THEIR FUR BABIES ARE PROPERLY INOCULATED AGAINST RABIES, KENNEL COUGH AND PARVO DISEASE.
  • THEY MUST ALSO BE TREATED FOR TICKS AND FLEAS. BRAVECTO IS RECOMMENDED.
  • PLEASE BRING YOUR DOGGIES’S OWN BLANKET TO COVER THE FURNITURE.
  • DOGGIES TO ACCOMPANY YOU AT ALL TIMES, FUR BABIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE UNIT. ACCEPT BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS.

House rules

  • Check-in: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Checkout: 10:00 am
  • Self check-in with key safe
  • No smoking
  • No parties or events
  • Pets are allowed

Your doggies are more than welcome to join under the following conditions:

  • He/She can get on with other fur babies
  • He/She is house trained
  • They are not left alone in the unit. The yard is fully enclosed and they won't be able to get out
  • Please bring extra linen as to protect our beds and furniture

  • Pet(s) live on property — There are very friendly dogs that roam the property. .

Where you'll be

Kingsburgh, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa

Winklespruit is a small, and not so busy community. St Winifred’s Beach is 230m away, to spend the day on the Beach. Local art and craft is being sold at the Beach. In season massive avo’s are available at a very cheap price. The Beach is not to busy and ideal for a relaxing holiday. The ocean in your ears, birds in the trees and happy fur babies are enhancing the mood.

Getting around

From accommodation to the Beach you can walk. A medical facility, Shopping Centres is walking distance from the property but preferably use your car.
